The West Side Rides were the official car club for, Downtown Saturday Nights. We did the event for 10 plus years. They now want to charge car clubs, so we are not returning.
A little back ground on our club. We started out as a few guys in 2007. Meeting at a local filling station every week. We sat around shooting the breeze and just having a good time. On Jan. 1st, 2008 we formed the West Side Rides. We didn't want to put restrictions on our guys/gals. So we do not charge dues for membership. Nor do we put age restrictions on the members. We do ask that your "Ride" be older then 1980 model. Only because we are a Classic, Custom, & Modified Club. We believe if you love your "Ride" as much as we do. Then everyone should be welcome! Weather your finished with your "Ride" or in the process of. West Side Rides, always welcomes new comers with open arms. We have some of the best members in the State of Arizona. When we have a show, They are there no questions asked. I have never seen more group participation, then I have with this group. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help when ever and who ever needs it. I praise them all every chance I get. Because without them there would be no West Side Rides. They are truly a great bunch of guys/gals. Who wouldn't want to hang out with them every week! We meet for our "Cruise In" every Sunday from 12 noon to 4pm during the months of Nov. through April at 6225 W. Ajo Way. This is the Speedway Gas Station on Ajo and Tucson Estates Pkwy. We also meet here from 5pm to 9pm during the months of May through Oct. Everyone is Always welcome! We also put on 3 to 6 shows a year. The majority of them are requested. We have been contacted by many different organizations. To do fund raisers for the community. We take pride in giving back to our community. Which is why all of our shows are FREE not only to the public but to all participants. I hoped you enjoyed our trip down memory lane. Feel free to look around, contact us if you like. CRUISE NIGHT IS SUNDAY
Every Sun. 6225 W. Ajo Way from 5pm to 9pm At the Speedway Gas Station. During the months of May through Oct.
Every Sun. from 12noon to 4pm During the months of Nov. through April (we are meeting at above local till further notice. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience)
